 Beneficiaries: Minimum 16 years and holder of a diploma in higher education, general or average, or vocational and/or technical training

Exclusion: Education and training Course (ART 76 of the Labour Code)

Form: written

Duration: Maximum 2 years

Formalities: (A) submit to the work inspection in 4 copies

Salary: Variable but must not be less than the minimum wage of the Reference employment category

Leave: 2 days Working per month worked

Limit : Number of trainees < ¼ of the workforce in the job class where the trainee is employed

Break: 15 days’ notice

Load Relief: +10 of Employees (but still awaiting the order of the ministries responsible for finance and the one responsible for the work)
